The hotel was walking distance to the River Walk and
the Alamo, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, but noise from nearby traffic kept me up at night. Overall, a decent stay, but I'd recommend asking for a quieter room.

I had a decent stay at the Hampton Inn in San Antonio. The room was clean and comfortable, meeting my expectations. The staff offered friendly service throughout. Breakfast options were varied, but during our stay, some items lacked flavor and were not warm enough. One day, the eggs were nearly frozen, and that was disappointing. Noise from the neighboring rooms kept me awake at night, which was frustrating. On the positive side, it was easy to access local attractions, and parking was convenient, though charges applied. Not enough assistance at breakfast led to long wait times for food. Overall, a mixed experience with great potential for improvement.

Great location near the Riverwalk.
Unfortunately, our room was given to us over an hour late, which was very frustrating. The room had a bad smell that was hard to ignore, and breakfast options were limited and unappealing. Additionally, we faced long wait times for the broken elevators during check-out, which added to our stress.

great service but minor room issues
The room had ample space for our group, which made our stay comfortable. I appreciated the front desk staff who meticulously gave us directions and helped us feel welcomed. One staff member went out of her way to keep the breakfast area tidy and stocked, accommodating our late arrivals with a smile.
The bathroom could use some updates to feel more modern.

My best decision yet!
Staying here exceeded my expectations! Despite the minor parking challenge, the inviting staff and delicious breakfast set a great tone for each day. The rooms are fresh and cool, especially appreciated in the Texas heat. It's a delightful spot for exploring local attractions, making it one of my favorite stays!

Had a wonderful time during my stay. the indoor pool was a great way to relax after a long day, and the cozy lounge was perfect for unwinding with friends. Though the breakfast could use a bit of improvement, everything else was just fine. I’d definitely recommend checking out this spot if you're in the area! 🌞

The king room had a flat-screen TV, microwave, refrigerator, and free toiletries, making it super comfy. They also had a sofa bed which was great. The breakfast spread was awesome, with pancakes, eggs, and fresh fruit. Location was awesome too, just a few blocks from the River Walk, so that was a big plus!
